Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup melted butter
2 cups white sugar
2 cups mashed bananas
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup nuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour two 9" x 5" loaf pans. Sift flour, salt and baking soda in small bowl. Mix butter and sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Stir in eggs and bananas until well-blended. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix well. Add as many nuts and chocolate chips as you'd like.

Bake for 60-70 minutes.

Let loaves cool for 5 minutes. Flip onto cooling rack until completely cool. Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator. Best served warm.
