Sheri Dip

2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip)
1 package Good Seasons Zesty Italian dry dressing mix
1/4 package (2 oz.) cream cheese

With electric mixer, beat together all ingredients. Chill for 4 hours and serve. Serving suggestions: crackers, vegetables, apples, grapes
