Crown Connections

Crown Connections is an opportunity for chapter members to get together once a month with sisters who share another common bond. There are two types of Crown Connections: Chapters & Common Interests.

There is no additional fee or commitment to be a part of these groups. It's just another way for us to experience the sisterhood and connect through our mutual interests.

Chapters

Chapter Crown Connections are for alumnae of a particular chapter.

The St. Louis Alumnae Chapter has several members from the chapters in Province XVII-A: Alpha Psi (University of Missouri / Mizzou), Eta Theta (Missouri S&T / UM-Rolla), Theta Kappa (University of Missouri-St. Louis / UMSL), and Kappa Omega (Saint Louis University / SLU). Each of these chapters will get an opportunity to gather and reminisce about chapter memories.

There are also sisters from chapters throughout the country. Fear not, sisters - you will not be left out! ZTA women from chapters not listed above also have an opportunity to get together. Their "chapter" affiliation will be referred to as "ZTA Alumnae" in all Chapter Crown Connections event announcements.

Chapter Crown Connections will meet on the 20th of odd-numbered months. Be sure to check the monthly newsletter and the Events page to see where the next gathering will be held!

Common Interests

Common Interest Crown Connections are for alumnae who, well, share a common interest!

Crafty Ladies: These ladies may be interested in scrapbooking, jewlery-making, or any other craft project. Bring a project you're currently working on or bring a new one to start! This group will meet regularly to work on crafty activities.

Mom and Me: These ladies are mothers to children and/or pets. Events will be planned to provide an opportunity to bring those children and/or pets on an outing - no need to find and pay a babysitter for these gatherings!

Socialites: These ladies meet for a casual night out to see a movie, try a new restaurant, or go to a concert. The social possibilities are endless, so be sure to bring your ideas to the group.
